Gulfport Grand Prix to Electrify Crowd with Formula 1 Powerboat Races on Boca Ciega Bay!

The first annual Gulfport Grand Prix, featuring 120-mile-an-hour Formula 1 Powerboat Racing, will descend upon Gulfport, Florida on April 28 - 30, 2017. This FREE to the public event, in cooperation with the City of Gulfport, will transform the downtown area into a mecca of activity along Shore and Beach Boulevards. Formula 1 Powerboats, with an open public pit area, will make the Gulfport Recreation Center their home for the weekend, while an antique boat show and a pleasure boat display will be staged along Shore Blvd. S. Vendor booths lining Beach Blvd. S. will serve as the main entrance and free parking shuttle drop off area.

Conducted by S.P.O.R.T. (Southern Professional Outboard Racing Tour), the world-class, high speed racing action will take place on Boca Ciega Bay just off the beach. Easy viewing areas will be available for fans and located at the center of the excitement. Supporting classes include the bump-and-grind Tri-Hulls and the tight turning Formula Lights.

The Gulfport Grand Prix offers sponsors of all levels an outstanding opportunity to break through the clutter of traditional advertising and touch clients in a unique way – Live and In Person - with product displays, demonstrations, sampling, coupons, awareness programs, hospitality, VIP, event, television, banners, and mentions over the public-address system.

The Gulfport Grand Prix is supported by advertising in print, radio, television and outdoor media throughout the metropolitan area. Your sponsorship package can include event advertising targeted to your specific audience and promotional needs. Association with a prestigious, world-class event is a certain means of enhancing your company's image.
